Booking and Deposits

After the initial enquiry and information gathering procedure, we will undertake a number of pre flight checks to ensure that the project is viable under the CAA authority restrictions and guidelines which, as a CAA registered business, we are obligated to abide by.
Once we have established that we can safely complete your project, we will further discuss your objectives to ensure that we achieve the required outcome.  At this point we will ask for a 50% deposit to secure and confirm the booking.  On completion of the project we will require the remaining balance to be paid in full, before the footage or images are released by Devon Aerial Media.

Please note:  We are very happy for you to view the footage/images before the final payment is made to ensure you are totally satisfied with the footage/images that we have produced.

Prices

Because every project has specific requirements and locational differences please contact us and we can provide a bespoke quote.  Please read the pricing page for an overview of current charges.

Cancellations

Cancellations can occur for a number of reasons.  The weather is a large factor and due to its the rather unpredictable nature in the UK, it may be sometimes necessary to cancel filming until more suitable conditions prevail.  Should this be the case, we will endeavour to complete your project at the first available opportunity.  There will be no additional charges for cancellations due to weather conditions.

On receipt of your booking confirmation and 50% deposit you have the right to cancel Devon Aerial Medias services up until 14 days before the booked date. If the cancellation notification period is less than 14 days, we reserve the right to retain 50% of the original deposit. Cancellations made within 5 days or less of the agreed booking date will not be entitled to a refund due to the pre-flight checks and project planning that will have already taken place.
